The documents mentioned below are required to be furnished at the time of admission:
1. Admission form with photographs of parents, guardians and those permitted by the parents to visit the child and take him/her out of the School Campus. If the parents desire that none other than those whose photographs are pasted on the admission form be permitted to meet their child then a special endorsement must be made on the admission form by parent/guardian and counter-signed by the Principal.
2. A school leaving certificate for out of state duly counter signed by the deputy director of the district.
3. Birth certificate.
4. Physical fitness certificate from physician.
5. Category Certificate.
6. Bank Account Number.(Photo Copy of First Page of Bank Passbook)
7.Photo copy of Aadhaar Card.
8.Latest I R D P certificate from BDO concerned (if applicable)
